    Bring 1 quart of water to boil. Place herbs in water and let steep for 5-10 minutes.Remove from heat and transport water and herbs to a metal or glass bowl. Place the bowl under the (steam throne) then sit and enjoy the steam for 30 minutes.If using a small crockpot, use the lowest temperature setting.
